Business Conduct and Rules Supervisor [Thailand]


 

Responsible in receiving and reviewing complaint cases from Amway Business Owners, examining the evidence and fact finding to make decisions on cases in fair manner, timely and correctly in accordance with the QAS and DCS Rule in order to protect the long term security of the Amway Business Opportunity and enhance its reputation.
1. Ensure a fair and pleasant environment for all ABOs to grow their business sustainably and profitably in a fast paced and complex world.
2. Ensure Amway Business Owners fully understand both to the letter and spirit of the QAS and DCS, Amway Business Plan and the Direct Sales Act.
3. Acting as an Early Warning System for leaders and the Company.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or related fields
2. 1-3 years’ experience in business relation to business partner/owner, manage and Business Conduct & Rules
3. Computer skill: Word, Excel and PowerPoint (advance computer)
4. Good interpersonal skill and Good leadership
5. Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment
6. Excellent/Good command in English and computer literate
