Patient Experience Concierge

 

Overview:

Starting pay for this position is $16.30/hour.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Concierge greets all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area. Proactively assists individuals, providing information, direction and hospitality. May provide guidance to individuals related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinate transportation needs, provide local area direction, and advise of area accommodations or amenities.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• High School diploma or GED

Experience:

• 6 months of direct customer service or hospitality experience

Skills:

• Basic working knowledge of computers systems
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Ability to reason, interpret, and evaluate each situation to provide assistance and resolve issues
• Multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with individuals of diverse backgrounds

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• Working with any electronic medical records system
