Responsibilities:
  • To manage day to day operations of the accounts department. Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records

  • Prepare daily administration/ operational tasks timely and accurate such as data entry into system, filling documents, record keeping, payment vouchers

  • Prepare and fast-check Costing, PO, Invoices/DO based on sales/service rendered

  • Calculating and checking to make sure claims, payments, amounts and records are correct.

  • Provide administration support to the sales & service Team including assisting in tender check and documents

  • Preparing sales report/ KPI engineers weekly.

  • Ensure on time completion of work to meet tight deadlines

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

    Requirements:
  • Fluent in: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with oversea clients and suppliers e.g China.

  • Familiar and experience with book keeping practices and basic accounting systems

  • Competency in MS Office, Databases & Auto-count accounting software

  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks

  • Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail

  • Data entry and word processing skills

  • Self-Discipline, Independant and work alone.

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
