Working with one European FI, You will work as Business Analyst to drive multiple initiatives and workstreams in the back office related projects
As Senior BA , you will be involved in various projects and workstreams with focus on back office functions and to propose new workflow / designs and implement new process enhancements for the back office operations
You will support both CTB and RTB initiatives for new or ongoing requirements with the following responsibilities :
- Understanding of existing process and identifying areas of improvements
- Understand and analyse new requirements and defining new requirements with business users
- Conduct impact assessments and to identify future processes systems and structures
- document requirements
- driving projects from start to implementations
- Build strong relationship with stakeholders
Requirements
- Must have at least 10 years of experience working in investment banking or private banking or asset management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have experience working with various financial asset classes
- Knowledge in back office operation is a plus
- Must have experience working in project as business analyst with min 3 years in business change
- Able to drive project from beginning to end
- Strong attention to details
