Compensation: $16.00 hourly
Compass Health Network is seeking a new team member for our credentialing department. Our credentialing specialists are responsible for system wide initial credentialing, recredentialing, delegation, facility credentialing and ongoing provider file maintenance. Experience in Excel, ability to assess compliance, interpret regulations, as well as effective oral and written communication skills required. Preference given to those with one year of credentialing experience and basic understanding of NCQA and URAC accreditation standards, but willing to train the right candidate. This is primarily a remote position, but some travel in Missouri required for training and meeting purposes.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Working knowledge of various computer programs such as Excel, Word and Adobe X Professional required
- Possess good typing, clerical and computer skills, confidentiality skills and an amiable telephone personality
- Effective verbal, written and emotional ability and maturity to deal effectively with multiple stressors, deadlines and difficult situations
